The University of Alaska Board of Regents did it. They actually hired another retired military officer to run the University.
Hows this for a resume' quote: "Personally helped design, engineer
and coordinated the complete renovation of a 2000 student dormitory,
right down to the selection of all new student dorm room furniture."
Don't the Regent's read these things?
