its actually fantastic to be bilingual and biliterate. at the polls someone always asks us if we need a yupi translator. i would say "no" my confidence in literacy level of reading bond proposition is high enough. sometimes when i look at those bond props, i have to tell myself, "how in the hell do you explain ballot measure B in Yupik?" i hate to be a translator for elections..lol...i guess just tell a non english speaking voter, "More money for schools" simple...lol
